The Presidential Precinct is currently accepting applications for its Judicial Fellowship Program 2026. This fellowship, delivered in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, provides international judges with a professional development experience in the United States. It focuses on strengthening judicial systems through exposure to best practices in ethics, governance, and court administration.

β Eligibility Criteria
The program is designed for early- or mid-career judges and magistrates from countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to upholding the Rule of Law in their respective jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be eligible for a U.S. visa.
- Five to seven yearsβ experience presiding over civil or criminal cases.
- A clear commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
- Proven record of leadership.
- Willingness to share and apply the knowledge, skills, and perspectives gained to advance the Rule of Law.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English.
