Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026

The Policy Center for the New South is now accepting applications for its Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program 2026. This flagship leadership initiative brings together young professionals for an immersive experience in Rabat, Morocco, fostering exchange, peer engagement, and discussions on key issues shaping the Atlantic space. Participants will also attend the Atlantic Dialogues Conference, a platform for policymakers, business leaders, and experts from across the Atlantic Basin.

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program is an initiative by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS). It aims to empower young professionals by providing:

• A platform for cross-sector discussions.
• Opportunities to engage with senior decision-makers and experts.
• Integration into a lifelong alumni network.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the ADEL Program, applicants must:

• Be 25–35 years old (as of December 6, 2026).
• Be fluent in English.
• Be citizens or residents of countries in Africa or the Atlantic Basin (Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean).
• Have significant professional experience in their field.
• Be engaged in roles involving responsibility, influence, or decision-making.
• Be available for the full program period (December 6–12, 2026).

📝 Application Process

Your application must include the following:

1. Resume/CV (maximum 2 pages, PDF format).
2. A One-Minute Private YouTube Video answering the following questions:
   • Who are you, and what’s your field of work?
   • What drives your work and its impact?
   • Why are you applying to ADEL?
   • How will you contribute to and benefit from the program?
